At Work-tops, we strive for perfection in every slab; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-fabricated stone and cut-to-size materials are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Return Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed instructions for the collection or drop-off of your stone products.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all stone slabs or tiles are securely packed in their original crating or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
